Descripción de la oferta: The Beneficiary Value Program Efficiency Clerk is responsible for the accurate classification, registration, and monitoring of operational items related to Te Paga within designated electronic portals. The Clerk ensures items are properly categorized, validated, documented, and escalated when issues fall outside established norms or predefined criteria.

Responsabilidades: • Classify, register, and update items, cases, or transactions in designated electronic portals according to established categories, policies, and procedures for Te Paga. • Validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of information before submission or escalation. • Ensure proper identification, documentation, and routing of items to the appropriate analyst or functional area. • Maintain logs, tracking tools, and system records to support traceability and audit readiness. • Identify cases, trends, or data points that deviate from standard parameters, norms, or workflows. • Identify recurring issues or patterns that indicate process gaps or data risks. Quickly escalate exceptions or potential risks to Efficiency Analysts or Unit Leadership as per established protocols. • Provide operational and administrative support to Efficiency Analysts by preparing case data, documentation, and supporting materials. • Gather, validate, and organize data for efficiency analysis and reporting. Collaborate with analysts on classifications, respond to requests, and support resolutions. • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates across Efficiency Unit systems. • Support reconciliation efforts by identifying discrepancies and referring them for review. • Compile operational data summaries as requested to support reports, dashboards, or management reviews. • Coordinate with internal departments as needed to validate information or clarify operational details. • Document all actions, updates, and escalations clearly within systems of record. • Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. • May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
