Descripción de la oferta: Responsible for leading the review of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable local and federal regulations. Develop and implement preventive and corrective education and training programs to address possible or actual situations of non-compliance. Monitor regulatory adherence and support operational areas and First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs) with compliance matters.

Responsabilidades: •Maintain current knowledge of Medicare Advantage regulations, including proposed and final rules, and proactively assess their impact on organizational policies, procedures, and operations. •Participate in strategic planning and compliance risk assessments, contributing insights to the development of the annual compliance work plan and identifying emerging regulatory trends that may affect the organization. •Provide regulatory guidance to internal departments and First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs) by interpreting applicable Medicare Advantage regulations and ensuring consistent application across operational areas. •Supervise and guide compliance personnel by developing individual work plans aligned with unit goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance or conduct issues to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. •Oversee the development, maintenance, and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure they are current, well-documented, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards. Lead the governance process to ensure timely updates, effective dissemination, and operational integration of new or revised regulatory requirements. •Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the compliance training and education program for employees, FDRs, and external stakeholders. Ensure training materials including specialized alerts and trainings are reviewed, approved, and assigned within established timeframes, and that delivery methods support timely and effective dissemination of regulatory requirements. •Coordinate and drive cross-functional compliance initiatives by collaborating with internal departments and FDRs to implement corrective action plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of identified compliance risks. Maintain accountability for follow-through on remediation efforts and ensure that outcomes are documented and communicated appropriately. •Oversee the timely review and submission of regulatory deliverables, including responses to CMS inquiries, audit documentation, and required reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. •Monitor internal processes and compliance activities to ensure adherence to local and federal regulations. Escalate significant issues and report findings with actionable recommendations. •Facilitate and manage structured compliance meetings with FDRs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and timely dissemination of updates. Use these meetings as a formal platform to identify, escalate, and document non-compliance issues, providing actionable recommendations and follow-up plans to support resolution. • Supervises, monitors, trains, evaluates, and corrects personnel, and among others, to comply with his/her role as a supervisor, to assure that his/her personnel fulfill their work plan and comply with their essential functions and that they behave following the policies, standards, norms, and procedures of the Company. • Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. • May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
