Descripción de la oferta: Responsible for shaping and leading the organization’s enterprise innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth and improved performance. This role sets innovation priorities, establishes portfolio governance, and develops business cases and success metrics aligned to strategic goals. The position partners with functional leaders to identify and advance opportunities across products, capabilities, and proprietary IP, and to ensure initiatives are prioritized and measured effectively.

Responsabilidades: • Define and maintain the enterprise innovation strategy aligned to encompass organizational priorities, short-term growth and long-term competitiveness through the newly created Office of Innovation (OI). • Establish and oversee innovation portfolio governance (intake, prioritization, stage-gates, business cases, ROI frameworks, and success metrics). • Maintain awareness of market trends and emerging models to continuously update the organization’s innovation roadmap and investment decisions. • Lead ecosystem and partnership strategy (startups, academic institutions, vendors) to source opportunities, validate concepts, and recommend pilots/scale paths to the appropriate owners. • Partner with business leaders to define measurable outcomes for innovation initiatives (experience, quality, productivity, growth) and ensure initiatives are prioritized appropriately. • Partner with or lead project management OI organizational change management resources, leading to successful adoption and positive return on investment (ROI) of innovation activities. • Ensure innovation initiatives meet applicable Corporate compliance, governance, and documentation requirements (in coordination with Compliance/Legal/Privacy and operational owners), as well as must comply fully and consistently with all local and federal laws applicable to our Industry, as well as with regulations to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. • Must constructively partner with other matrix departments in the organization to accomplish OI goals.
