Seth Campbell Sanchez

Seth Campbell Sanchez, a young man, is under the protection of the Department of the Family in Guayama. He placed him in the Hogar Nuevo Camino in Barrio Villodas in Guayama. The participant was living with his grandparents, who are elderly, and the Department of Family Services determined that they were unfit to care for the child. Seth comes from the United States and is deficient in Spanish language skills. AMSI Guayama contacted Hogar Nuevo Camino to promote various program activities for its residents. Seth, was referred for the Alternative Secondary Education program. He was appointed to participate in the project with Radians College to complete his fourth year. Seth’s Spanish language deficiency was brought to the attention of the College, and Mr. Castrodad indicated that there were no problems and that they would handle the situation.

After Seth finished his fourth year, he was supposed to settle in the United States, but then he decided to complete his process until he left the home where he is currently staying. He began studying barbering and expects to finish in January 2023. The Department of the Family has him in an Independent Living program, in which they prepare him so that as soon as he completes his studies he can leave the Home, get a job and move out on his own. The young man is very positive and completing each goal according to the plan that was established with him. He was clear on what he wanted to achieve.

We wish him success in all that he undertakes and are proud that Seth, has fulfilled his commitment to complete each goal as it was set.
