(Stevens Amendment)

The Stevens Amendment is an appropriations provision that requires subrecipients of the Department of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Education to disclose for a grant program the percentage of costs funded with federal funds.

  • The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs are 100% federally funded with grants from the U.S. Department of Labor totaling $8,683,077.00. With $0 (0%) of state, local and/or non-governmental funds.

 

  • The Comprehensive and Accessible Reemployment Throught Equitable Employment Recovery National Dislocated Workers Grant (CAREER NDWG) program is 100% federally funded with grant funds from the U.S. Department of Labor totaling $2,964,964.00. With $0 (0%) of state, local and/or non-governmental funds.

 

  • The Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) is funded 100% with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Labor totaling $496,949.00. With $0 (0%) of state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
