Descripción de la oferta: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, required. • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required. • Knowledge of BSA and AML • Proficiency in English. • Customer service and security oriented. • Ability to follow instructions • Ability to confront problems that involve variable in common situations, to make judgment and take thecorresponding actions. • Ability to work with the public. • Interpersonal skills. • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades: • Assist with the process of accounts receivable and accounts payable, codes invoices, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books. • Assist with the reconcile of bank accounts, cash disbursement accounts, payroll accounts and other general ledger accounts; verify deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks. • Assist with the general accounting duties in the Finance Department. • Assist with the reconciliation of the institution's fund operations on a daily basis, taking into consideration the balances collected and electronic transfers. • Collaborate with the preparation and filling of required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies. • Assist with the the process for incoming and outgoing electronic transfers. • Assist with the compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions. • Assists in the preparation and filing of required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies. • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statement, profit, and loss statement, supporting schedules, and other financial analysis and reporting packages. • Collaborate with outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit. • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
