Descripción de la oferta: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in high-volume, upscale, or fast-paced culinary environments. Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and menu development. Exceptional time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Preferred: Culinary degree and relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe)
Responsabilidades: Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen professionals to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Foster a respectful, drama-free kitchen culture through clear, professional communication and proactive conflict resolution. Manage the full-employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and exit processes. Develop and execute inventive seasonal menus aligned with brand identity and guest expectations. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation, reflecting the brand’s visual identity. Demonstrate strong plating and presentation skills that reflect the brand’s visual identity, ensuring each dish delivers a world-class dining experience through both flavor and aesthetic appeal. Oversee kitchen budgeting, inventory, and food costs to support profitability and sustainability. Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with all local health regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Complete weekly payroll and staffing reports. Communicate clearly and proactively across departments and business units to align with company goals and service expectations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
