Descripción de la oferta: As a Security Guard at Dorado Beach Resort & Club, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for our Members & Guests. As a key member of our team, you will balance security responsibilities with delivering outstanding customer service. Your duties will include managing access points and gates, assisting with transportation needs, monitoring traffic flow, and providing proactive assistance to guests, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Key Responsibilities may include: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with any inquiries or needs in a friendly and professional manner. Manage access points and resort gates to ensure safe and efficient entry and exit. Help guests with transportation needs, including directing or arranging shuttles and assisting with luggage or other requests. Patrol resort grounds to ensure the safety and security of the premises and promptly address any issues. Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, always prioritizing guest safety and comfort. Maintain a visible presence, offering concierge-style services, while performing all security-related duties. Starting Rate: $12.00 per hour Job Requirements: Fully bilingual (Spanish & English). Valid PR driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills & attention to detail An Associate degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Working Conditions may include: Work hours may include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods during your shift.
