The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128,was signed into law by President Barack Obama on July 22, 2014.
How to participate
in the program?
To receive salary incentives there are two different ways or options: On-the-Job Training or Work Experience. Both require commitment from * of one hundred percent.
*Placement in employment means that the employer must retain the participant in employment for at least one year after the end of the contract.

AlSome of the important points of this type of training, also known as On-the-Job-Training (OJT):

- Reimbursement is provided to the employer of up to 75% of the participant’s hourly wage, up to 700 hours for the extra costs of providing the training and additional supervision related to the training.
- Requires submission of Proposal
- Reimbursement by wire transfer
- Placement of 100% of the participants is required.
Experience
of Employment
Some of the important points of this type of service:

- AMSI, Inc. subsidizes 100% of salary up to 500 hours and covers fringe benefits from the social security and state insurance fund.
